87.
I want to blow apart
like a dandelion, or a dying bird,
or people in a fight. I want a compact violence,
a ghost who tells me he can see my wounds,
and they’re big, they’re seven stories high.
Game length: when Kelly moved out, she told me,
“There’s two types of people in the world:
Those who love in order to know, and those
who know in order to love.” She seemed
to believe that there were definitely two groups,
that I was in the latter group, and that most importantly
she was in the former and “correct” group.
Revised game length: I loved Tina
because she was not
my stranger.
